Road buddies Dally and Porter have logged a lot of miles over the past two days, traveling with Megan A. and Merinda P. from Kentucky to Tulsa, Oklahoma for the 2013 AKC National Agility Championships. (See their introductory post here).
What's a road trip without a little sightseeing? The kids insisted on a photo beneath the famous Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri, proving that Corgis can nearly upstage even this icon of American architecure. Westward ho!

Fry fan Dally was especially excited when the Traveling Corgipants crew pulled in to the world's biggest McDonald's in Vinita, Oklahoma. The smell of those spud sticks is enough to weaken anybody's knees. Especially if the knees are just a few inches off the ground and that much closer to a dropped french fry.

On arrival at the Tulsa Expo Center, Dally -- who loves creeks and ponds -- enjoyed a tummy cooling dip, post hotel check-in and unpacking. At a comfortable 83 degrees, the weather in Tulsa was far more agreeable than the 37 degrees the gang had left behind at home in Kentucky!

I am so excited for you. Luscious stall you have there and a beautiful arena in which to work and impress the masses. Can't wait to hear all about it.
